We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t work out! We’re here to make the return process as simple as possible for you.

Return Policy

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be mindful of potential shipping fees, which typically range between USD 25 and USD 50. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

How to Return Your Item in 3 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@woodbury-boutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on the next steps.

Step 2: Ship Your Return
Once you receive return instructions, send the items back to the address provided. Please use a shipping method that includes Track & Trace for security, as the return is your responsibility.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as all purchases are final. If you no longer want your item, you may initiate a return following our return policy above.

Important Notes:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet our policy standards.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
